1. License
Read 2 Play grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
Read 2 Play is designed for families to track children's reading and screen time. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its content.
3. In-App Purchase
Read 2 Play+ is a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks premium features. It is not a subscription. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Content Ownership
All creature artwork, designs, names, and app content are the intellectual property of Read 2 Play. Your reading data, household information, and personal data remain yours and are stored only on your device and your personal iCloud account, except the optional leaderboard entry described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may stop using Read 2 Play at any time by deleting the app. You can permanently erase all data from Settings before deleting. We reserve the right to update or discontinue the app, though your lifetime purchase will remain valid as long as the app is available.
7. Disclaimer
Read 2 Play is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app. Read 2 Play is not a substitute for parental supervision.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
